The Mathis brothers have both worked full-time in all aspects of the business since Jimmy graduated from Lander College in 1972 and Wayne from The Citadel in 1975. Ralph and Betsy's grandsons, Russell and Tyler, are now the third generation who are helping to lead and handle many of the day-to-day responsibilities.
